// free 30-minute audit

Find out what your infrastructure is costing you.

Cost, reliability, delivery speed and observability — reviewed by someone who has cut a cloud bill by 76% and deploy cycles by 40%, written up so your team can act on it.

A written read of your system

Architecture, cloud bill, pipeline and incident history, summarised in one page with the three things that matter most.

Quick wins with numbers

Concrete changes you can make this month: rightsizing, caching, gating deploys, killing long-lived keys. Each with an estimated impact.

A 30-minute walkthrough

We go through the findings live. If it makes sense to work together you'll know; if not, you still keep the document.

Sample finding

# prod-api · ECS · 6 tasks · 4 vCPU each
avg CPU 11% · p95 CPU 34% · mem 28%
→ rightsize to 2 vCPU + target-tracking autoscale
→ est. −$640/mo · risk: low · effort: 1 PR
# deploy pipeline
no health-gated rollback · 3 incidents traced to bad deploys
→ add gated promotion + auto-rollback on 5xx > 1%

FAQ

Why is it free?

It's the first step of how I work anyway (audit → architect → build → operate), and it's the fastest way for both of us to see whether there's a fit. No obligation.

What access do you need?

Usually read-only: an architecture diagram or a screen-share, a recent cloud bill export, and your CI config. Code access is optional and covered by an NDA if you want one.

How long does it take?

I send the summary within three business days of receiving the material, then we book the 30-minute walkthrough.

Which stacks?

AWS first, but GCP, Azure and PaaS setups too. Backends in Python, Go, Node or TypeScript; Postgres-centred data layers; Next.js fronts.

Request the audit

Takes two minutes. I only take on a few per month.

What hurts?

No sales call. You get a written summary and a 30-min walkthrough.
